At Cyrene, we do our best to make sure your order is delivered quickly and smoothly. Below you’ll find our shipping policy, including information about costs, processing, delivery times and tracking your order.

Free shipping thresholds
We offer free shipping on all orders above the following amounts.

United Kingdom
Free shipping from £50. For orders under £50, a flat shipping fee of £4.95 applies.

Australia
Free shipping from $100 AUD. For orders under $100 AUD, a flat shipping fee of $9.95 AUD applies.

Canada
Free shipping from $90 CAD. For orders under $90 CAD, a flat shipping fee of $8.95 CAD applies.

New Zealand
Free shipping from $110 NZD. For orders under $110 NZD, a flat shipping fee of $10.95 NZD applies.

Order processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day after your payment has been received. During busy periods, such as holidays or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and always do our best to send out your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery times
Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, holidays or peak periods.

Tracking information
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. This allows you to follow your order every step of the way. Tracking information is typically available within 1 business day after your order is placed.

Incorrect addresses and uncollected parcels
Please make sure to enter the correct delivery address when placing your order. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, we can resend it to you but additional shipping fees may apply. If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected in time, we are not responsible for extra costs. Refunds are not issued for orders that are not collected on time.

Undelivered orders
If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe shown in your tracking information, please contact us within 30 days at support@getcyrene.com. We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable solution.
