About the Menstrual Disc

A Menstrual Disc is a soft, flexible cup that sits just below your cervix to collect menstrual fluid. You simply fold it, insert it, and wear it for up to 12 hours. It adapts naturally to your body so you can move, sleep, or exercise with confidence.

You can wear the Menstrual Disc for up to 12 hours, depending on your flow. This means full day or overnight protection without needing to change.

Cleaning & Care
-
Wash your hands, rinse the disc with cold water, then clean with warm water and mild fragrance free soap. Rinse again and reinsert.

At the end of your cycle, boil the disc for 5–10 minutes in water. You can also use a steriliser case (sold separately) as an alternative.

With proper care, one disc can be reused for several years, making it a cost effective and eco friendly choice.

After sterilising and drying, store your disc in a cool, dry place. For extra convenience, you can use our protective case (available separately).
