For our Menstrual Disc, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee, giving you the time to try it over two full cycles with peace of mind.
For all other products in our store, we offer a 30-day return period.

Send an email to support@getcyrene.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please include clear photos.

Receive return instructions
Once we have received your request, we will send you instructions on how to return the product. Returns must always be sent using a trackable shipping method so that the status of the package can be verified.

Inspection of returned items
After we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s). If everything is in order, we will process your refund.

Refund processing
Refunds are issued for the product amount, excluding the return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

Conditions for returns
The Menstrual Disc can be returned within 60 days of delivery, while all other products must be returned within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original state and packaging when returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We kindly ask that you use a trackable shipping method so the status of the package can be verified. Products that arrive damaged during the return shipment, or items that are opened or incomplete, are not eligible for a refund.

What is not refundable?
Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer. Severely damaged or poorly packaged returns cannot be accepted. Items returned after the 30-day or 60-day period, depending on the product, are not eligible for a refund. Any item that is not in its original condition or packaging also cannot be refunded.
