How it
Guarantee conditions
- The guarantee can only be claimed once per customer, even if an order is placed under a different name or email address.
- Only your first purchase qualifies for a refund claim.
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days after your second cycle. Claims submitted later are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Claims must include proof that you have used the disc for at least one cycle and tried the recommended tips from our customer service. Incomplete claims will not be accepted.
- If you ordered two different sizes, we will send you the other size free of charge.
- If you ordered two identical discs and both are opened and tried, only one disc qualifies for a refund. In this case you will receive 50% of the product value back.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Excessive or repeated returns from the same customer may lead to exclusion from future guarantee claims.
- If your product does not fit correctly, we encourage you to exchange it for another size.
We reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet our conditions or where there are signs of misuse, neglect or intentional damage.
